- Introduction and Service Description
- These terms and conditions govern the booking of coach transfer services through Airport Bus Express. We act as an agent/reseller for various coach operators providing transfers from Stansted Airport. The specific coach operator for your journey will be identified on your booking confirmation and e-ticket. The contract for the coach transfer service itself is between you and the selected coach operator, and is subject to their terms and conditions, which will be made available to you during the booking process and/or on their website.
- Making a Purchase
- Once you purchase the ticket, the refund and cancellation policy of the relevant coach operator will apply. Details of this policy will be provided during the booking process and on your e-ticket confirmation.
- Once we have reviewed your order, we will email you a booking confirmation and e-ticket (or instructions on how to obtain your ticket from the relevant coach operator). The format of the ticket (e.g., e-ticket, mobile ticket, print-at-home) and the requirements for presentation will be determined by the coach operator. Please refer to your booking confirmation and the operator's terms for specific instructions.
- You must travel with your ticket according to the instructions provided by the coach operator. You must be able to present your ticket (in the format required by the operator) to the driver or any authorized representative of the operating coach company. Failure to present a valid ticket as required by the operator may result in you being denied boarding or required to purchase a new ticket, subject to the operator's terms and conditions. If you purchased an electronic ticket, you must ensure it can be displayed at all times to the driver, or any authorized employee of the operating coach company.
- Images of coaches and services on this website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual coach provided may vary depending on the operator.
- Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith. We rely on information provided by the coach operators and cannot be held responsible for minor discrepancies in service details.
- These terms and conditions, and your booking through Airport Bus Express, are covered by English law. The contract for the coach transfer service itself will be governed by the laws specified in the terms and conditions of the operating coach company.
- By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy, the terms of website use, and the terms and conditions of the selected coach operator. You acknowledge that you are entering into a separate contract with the coach operator for the provision of the transfer service.
- How to Place an Order
- You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.
- Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.
- You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
- We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard or Delta/Connect.
- Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
- All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
- Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges as determined by the coach operator's terms and conditions.
- Once your order is complete, we will email you your booking confirmation and e-ticket (or instructions on how to access your ticket from the operator).

- Your E-Ticket Details
- Refund and amendment policies are determined by the coach operator. Please refer to your booking confirmation and the operator's terms and conditions for details.
- The validity of your ticket (including whether it is valid for single or return journeys, specific dates and times, etc.) is determined by the coach operator. Please refer to your booking confirmation and the operator's terms and conditions.
- The use and transferability of your ticket are subject to the coach operator's terms and conditions.
- Ticket validity and price changes are subject to the terms and conditions of the operating coach company.
- Cancellations, Refunds, and Amendments
- Your ability to cancel, receive a refund, or amend your booking is governed by the terms and conditions of the coach operator providing your transfer service. Please refer to your booking confirmation and the operator's terms for details on their cancellation, refund, and amendment policies.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or other service disruptions caused by the coach operator or by factors outside of our reasonable control (such as traffic congestion, road closures, extreme weather, or acts of God). Refunds for such disruptions will be subject to the coach operator's terms and conditions. We will, however, assist you in communicating with the operator to resolve any issues where possible.
- Liability
- Our Liability: As a reseller, our liability is limited to the proper processing of your booking and the provision of accurate information regarding the coach operator's services. We are not liable for the performance of the coach transfer service itself, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, accidents, loss of property, or any other issues arising from the operation of the coach service. Any claims related to the coach service must be directed to the operating coach company.
